Distance sales contract and pre-contract information

Parties

Seller: Hieracity Turizm (unvan eklenecek), Pamukkale, Denizli, +90 000 000 00 00, info@hieracitytravel.com.

Buyer: the person whose name, email and phone number are given in the order form.

Subject

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of both parties for the tours, transfers and paragliding services bought on this website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Service and price

The service, date, number of people or passengers and the total price including taxes are shown in the order summary and in the confirmation message we send you. Prices are shown in euros.

Payment

Payment is taken by credit or debit card with 3D Secure. Your card details never reach the seller; they are processed by the payment institution.

Delivery of the service

The service is provided on the date chosen in the order. Weather-dependent services such as paragliding and balloon flights may be postponed for safety; in that case you are offered a new date or a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for transport and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date. Cancellations and refunds follow the periods on our cancellation policy page.

Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits.

Pre-contract information

Before confirming the order, the buyer accepts having read on this page the seller's identity and contact details, the main features of the service, the total price, the payment and delivery terms and the cancellation rules. The contract is formed when the buyer confirms the order.
