Airport transfers

Cancel up to 24 hours before the transfer time for a full refund. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you get a full refund whenever you let us know.

Tours

Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour date for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.

Paragliding and balloon flights

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the flight. If the flight cannot go ahead because of the weather, we offer you a new date; if that does not suit you, you get a full refund.

How refunds work

Card refunds are started within 7 business days to the card used for payment. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.
